MY DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Generally used for chronic aches and pains, involves firm pressure and slower strokes to relieve/release "knotted"/over contracted muscles.
MY HOT STONE MASSAGE

Ultra relaxing experience using different size heated stones and long massage strokes designed to bring a new dimension to both mental and physical relaxation.
MY PRENATAL MASSAGE
60 Min - $130
Although not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, this massage takes expectant mothers into deep relaxation, concentrating on areas of particular concern.

MY HEATED BAMBOO MASSAGE
60 Min - $135
Unique massage experience using polished, heated bamboo sticks of different lengths designed to not only relax the body, but can also penetrate chronically tight areas.
MY TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE
60 Min - $145
Concentrated pressure given to specific points on the body to release  highly contracted muscles. This therapeutic massage can sometimes be painful, although the therapist will never go beyond a client's tolerance level.
